The following resource materials are provided for conference hosts to market this year’s event. Please use these materials in light of creating your own as they are the official BIO eConference publications.

- To a PC—Right click on the file and choose “save target as.” Save the zip file to your computer and extract all files.
- To a Mac—Click on the file and use the default open option—you will then have to open the file from the “Download” window.
- Talking points - one-page reference with all key conference information. Prompt for anyone communicating information about the conference. (Available as a Word document or a PDF.)
- Teaser - a short paragraph for electronic newsletters and web pages to be shared with university units and departments, non-government and government agencies, others in the bioindustry for inclusion in their electronic mailings to members. (Available as a Word document or a PDF.)
- News Release - customizable news release for distribution to media. (Available as a Word document or a PDF.)
- The editable Biocharge postcard and editable “Save the Date” postcard is a zipped Adobe InDesign file. To download and customize for your institution, use the following instructions:
- To a PC—Right click on the file and choose “save target as.” Save the zip file to your computer and extract all files.
- To a Mac—Click on the file and use the default open option—you will then have to open the file from the “Download” window.
- You can customize the postcard:
- Add your university logo in the green lower left-hand corner on the front side.
- Add your university's name in the lower right-hand corner on the front side.
- Add your university's name under the date on the back side.
- Add your return address on the back side.
- The HTML “Save the Date” email, HTML "Registration" email, and the HTML "Register with Video" email are zip files with the HTML file and images you’ll need to embed inside your message. To download, use the following instructions (you will need to use HTML or a tool like Dreamweaver and have access to a mailer tool in order to customize the file and mail it):
- To a PC—Right click on the file and choose “save target as.” Save the zip file to your computer and extract all files.
- To a Mac—Click on the file and use the default open option—you will then have to open the file from the “Download” window.
- Download the Speaker Prospectus (You will need Adobe Reader to view this .pdf file.)
- Download the Sponsor Prospectus (.pdf)
- Right click on the .jpg image below and copy or save as to capture the image.
- Download the .eps file or the .png file for the Bioeconomy logo. This is a zip file.
- To a PC--Right click on the file and choose "save target as." Save the zip file to your computer and extract all files.
- To a Mac—Click on the file and use the default open option—you will then have to open the file from the “Download” window.
