With several ways to participate in the 2009 Bio eConference, it couldn’t be easier!

Live Participation

The 2009 Bio eConference is a 12-state alliance of simultaneous state conferences. These co-host sites will be sharing content through high-speed communication systems to promote agriculturally-based sustainable solutions to global climate change and energy supply, as well as providing local programming at their institution.  Select from the following list of universities to register to participate in a live format with the programming of your choice!

Remote Participation

View the conference broadcast in real time. Presenters will include time to respond to questions that are submitted from the remote viewing sites and host institutions’ audiences.  Time constraints may not allow all questions to be answered on the air. Program organizers encourage remote viewing sites to secure their own facilitators to lead wrap-up discussions at the conclusion of the webcast. The conference originates from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Additional technical information and URL needed to receive the webcast will be provided after registration and payment are received.

Remote Viewing Site Location (Pricing - $500)
This option allows you to bring groups of staff or clients together to view and discuss the presentations as a whole.  As a remote viewing site location, participating facilities should be available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). To be a remote viewing site, you must register by November 15, 2009, but please note that there are a limited number of connections. As a remote viewing site, you will have the ability to access a test site in advance, and check your connections for both audio and video to ensure your attendees have an optimal experience.
