The Office of Biorenewables Programs serves as a focal point for the activities of the Iowa State University BioEconomy Initiative. The office coordinates a growing number of research, education, and outreach efforts in biorenewable resources.
The BioEconomy Initiative at Iowa State is working to develop cross-disciplinary research, education, and extension programs that promote the greater and more efficient use of biorenewable resources, and more generally, support the emergence of Iowa and Iowa State as leaders in the new bioeconomy.
