Transportation Needs for Biofuels, Bioproducts, and the Bioeconomy

Dave Haney

Dave Haney serves as the vice president of sales and marketing for PDM Distribution in Des Moines, Iowa. He joined PDM in 2003. He holds an A.A. from DMACC in Des Moines and a B.B.A. in transportation and logistics and marketing from Iowa State University. In his current position, Haney is responsible for the sales and marketing of all business units including new business development, marketing initiatives, and strategic channel development.

 

Bruce Heine

Bruce Heine was named director of government affairs for Magellan Midstream Partners in July 2003. In June 2001, Heine was named director of government affairs for Williams Energy Services. In 1999, Heine joined Williams as senior manager of government affairs assigned to the Petroleum Services (Bio-Energy, Transportation and Terminals, Refining, Retail TravelCenters) Exploration and Production and Midstream business units. Prior to Williams, Heine worked for Methanex Methanol Co. in government affairs and marketing services from 1996-99. He served as marketing manager and director for the New Energy Company of Indiana from 1987 to 1996. Heine held managerial positions in a family petroleum distributorship and was a sole proprietor of a retail gasoline outlet.

 

Katie Hadenfeldt

Katie Hadenfeldt is a business manager at Union Pacific Railroad where she overseas ethanol development projects. Her prior experiences at Union Pacific include working as a sales manager for industrial products and as a business representative for refrigerated products. She has also overseen the inbound rail logistics for the transportation of international paper out of the company's Memphis, TN location.
